Hello all,

Is anyone aware of a thin film metallization
(sputtered) stack-up consisting of gold on ceramic
that will withstand temperatures of upto 850 degree
celsius. We currently are using TiW/Au, but it can
only withstand temperatures upto 500 degree celsius.
I am inclined to try Molybdenum-Gold, but that is just
a hunch. Do any of you have any experience with Mo/Au?
