I'm interested to know what is the difference between cobalt oxides CoO and
Co3O4.
After cobalt growing by means of sputtering, if the sample is at air, which is
the most
probable oxide formation?
And, If I perform an oxygen plasma treatment to the sample, in this case, can
other
oxide be formed?
Also I would be very happy if someone say me dielectric permittivity constants
of this
oxides.
Thanks
Ana
