Hello all,
I need to know the mechanical, optical and thermal properties of bulk
Al2O3. I am particularly interested in the yield strength of the material.

One can easily find info for saphire but I am sputtering 1-3 um
layers of Al2O3 at room temp.

Any link/source to this kind of info will be appreciated.
