In case a thermally insulating glue/adhesive is interesting to others,
here are the candidates I found:
Epotek 353ND-T (0.2 W/m*K)
RTV silicones, such as RTV 730 (~0.2 W/m*K) - suggested by Kirt Williams
GE Bayer RTV511 (0.26 W/m*K)
GE Bayer RTV560, RTV577 (0.31 W/m*K)
Emerson & Cuming Stycast 1090 (0.16 W/m*K)
Emerson & Cuming Eccobond SF40 (0.14 W/m*K)
Aptek 2100A/B (0.18 W/m*K)
Dow Corning unfilled silicone elastomer (0.2 W/m*K)
Dow Corning Q3-6611 (0.32 W/m*K)
