In response to the following note from Kevin Walsh:

Are you working WITH the folks at DuPont ? I can put you in touch with several
of their "Pyralin" people if this would help. In general, they are very
supportive of their product lines, and if they can not solve your problem they
usually know who to point you toward. If you would like some names, contact me
directly since I may miss a message on the "mems line"

Incidentally, I am very interested in anyone in the MEMS community using
polyimides, no matter whose product they are using. I am a member of the DuPont
Symposium Board, and would appreciate more representation of this area at the
Symposium. Please contact me for information.
