To make surface hydrophilic, using RCA clean.

Surfaceto....

 Hello?
We want to konw about following thing.

We make the microchannel by using the PDMS and Glass.
PDMS and Glas together was bonded by plasma treatment(Plasma Asher).
So, the surface of PDMS and Glass is changed into hydrophilic.
We want to have a hydrophobic PDMS microchannel surface afther Plasma
treatment.
Plasma treatment is good for fusion bonding, but the surface is still
hydrophilic.

Could you explain the method which the surface can be changed from
hydrophilic into hydrophobic?

Above all thank you for reading my E-mail, I will wait your answer. thank
you.
