Our company develops and markets CFD-ACE+finite volume based simulation tool
suitable
for MEMS device simulation. Our code has the capabilities
such as couple fluid flow, thermal, chemical kinetics,
electostatics, electromagnetic analysis. We are
currently working on Simulation tools for MEMS devices,
a projected funded by DARPA.
Our group is developing electrophoresis model.
Besides, there are several other groups in our company
that work on microelectronics, fluid-structure analysis,
FEM-sttress analysis etc. If you are interested, please send
me an email. thanks.
