Hello,

Can anybody suggest a simple method for bonding two pieces of PMMA together?
Basically a PMMA chip w/microchannels and a PMMA cover.
We don't have any fancy equipment, so the simpler, the better.
I'm considering thermal bonding.
For thermal bonding; what kind of temperatures? pressures? baking times? can I
just bake the thing in air atmosphere? Any cleaning considerations?
Maybe there are other methods that are more suitable (adhesives, solvents...)
I'm completely new to this, so any comments or suggestions would be greatly
appretiated.
