Hello,
I'm trying to spin coat Polybutadiene(1,4-Polybutadiene Mw:300,000) to make
~1um film. Polybutadiene will be dissolved in Toluene. However, I can not
find how much concentration is recommended and also how to cure it after
spin coating.
Could you help me if you have any experience in polybutadiene deposition?
