Hello,

I have a Varian 3125 Sputtering System that I am working on at Boise State
University.  I have a very limited operating manual and I am trying to figure
out how the master programmer and I/O expander works so I can begin deposition
experiments.  Does anyone have experience on this type of system and/or have a
manual that can give me a little more insight?  I would also appreciate any
information on someone you might know that could help me out.
