My company is looking to buy a basic SEM system for
in-house analysis. We'd prefer an environmental SEM,
but a standard vacuum-chamber type would be okay
too.

Ideally we'd like better than 5nm resolutoin. Can
anyone recommend a vendor? I assume there are lots
of used equipment out there that other companies have
retired, and most of those should work well enough
for us.
