Hi mems members,
Could anyone help me please
between copper and gold thin films,
which one is more suitable to act as conductive layer,
for electroplate Nickel and Nickel alloys?
I know gold has a lower conductivity than copper but
it is also more resistant to corrosion.
so which one should I use?
