Have you tried exposing SU8 bonded wafers to KOH or TMAH etch?  I
experienced adhesion loss of exposed (crosslinked) SU8 during TMAH etch,
a problem that was confirmed by people at Microchem.  However I had some
initial success with unexposed SU8 bond surviving TMAH etch.
