Hello everybody,

we have just electrodeposited some Nickel in mold of 2mm length and 30
micrometers think
on some microdevices, have we also made some annealing

we try to do some ebsd analysis on the polished smaples but nothing come out,
even on the annealed one

does someone know a good cleaning receipe for such problems?
