Dear all,

Would someone please tell me how to remove silicide (NiSi/WSi)
 from silicon substrate?

      I hope to remove the silicide layer with little loss and
 damage of the silicon layer below. Wet etching is prefered,
 since I think plasma etching might cause some damage.
