Conductive epoxy CW2400, nonconductive??

Dear all,

I am using the conductive epoxy CW2400 to connect wires from the pads to
external electrical resource. After curing for 4 hours at room temperature, I
measured the epoxy with multimeter. To my surprise, the cured epoxy was found to
be nonconductive (resistivity was beyond the limit of the multimetre,>>M Omega).
The two parts of the epoxy were mixed throughly with ratio 1:1.

It confused me that conductive expoxy became nonconductive. Can anyone tell me
what's up with the epoxy? thanks!

Best regards,
Chen DF
