Hi folks,

We need to fabricate a permalloy thick layer (> 4 um), atop any structural
material. The residual stress should be kept minimum seeking for the best
flatness of the plates for optical reflective applications. A bulk or a surface
are both welcome.

If you know of a Multi-user process or a foundry that could provide such
fabrication facility please advise, we are interested.
