Hello all,

Recently, I tried to bond SU-8 to polyimide, but the bonding strength was not
good. Even the patterned SU-8 on polyimide was not attached during developing. I
hope you guys will help me solve this problem.

Is there any good ideas(Surface treatment, adhesive chemicals ...) to bond
strongly between SU-8 and polyimide?
