Hi MEMS talkers,

Trying to imprint the Ni stamp to epoxy resin,
I got a problem that de-embossing was not so easy.

Please, recomend me suitable anti-sticking chemicals
for this process.
Hot embossing temperature is about 170C

In my opinion, sort of teflon will be suitable...
