Cya,

Yes, you can use a transmission line transformer successfully (low loss)
at 10-MHz (see Transmission Line Transformers by Jerry Sevick, ISBN
1-884932-66-5, instructions are given for building such transformers
fairly easily using twisted pair copper wire around a ferrite toroid
(donout)). Your source's output impedance (ratio of ac emf divided by ac
current to a load resistor) must closely match the transformer's input
impedance (can design within some leeway ~10-50 Ohms) for effective
power transmission. I believe Avtech Electrosystems, Inc. (Canada) sells
them as well.
