I have been atempting to make a microfluidic structure out of SU-8 and just
this week I was going to try working with that same line of PDMS instead, so if
anyone has any literature or technique suggestions for spinning and processing
PDMS structures (mine will be approx 50 microns thick), I would appreciate it
as well.

thanks,
Joe Grogan
