I'm looking for the number/range of CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) for
Clariant's
AZ series photoresists, AZ1518/4400/4620/9260. Unfortunately Clariant says they
don't have
that information since it is not necessary for them to do measure it. So it
would be
appreciative if someone can inform me the data about it. Thank you very much in
