Help!

Does anyone know of any foundry that have the ability to mass manufacture a
mem's micro mirror array being 55 millimeters by 22.5 millimeters?

Or

If that's not possible, does anyone know what would be needed or what
foundry had the ability to "stitch" two arrays together?

I understand that their, are potentially different tools out their, that can
do that kind of job!

I just don't know were to find it!
