Does anyone know of a wet-etch solution that will etch LaAlO3 oxide ?

I am trying to use RIE to dry-etch LaAlO3 (or SrTiO3) oxide layer on Si
substrate. Can anyone give me information on the speed of etching and the
concentration of gaz I should use?
