The JMP software will help you set up your DOE for full factorials as well
as fractional factorials.  The analysis package is pretty good.  I do not
know how much the package sells for because I used it while I was employed
at PPG Glass Technology Center.  (I've only recently left there.)  They do
have a very useful web site with worked examples.  We used JMP at PPG as
part of a Six-Sigma quality program.
