Dear Fellow Memsnet members,
 I am Mukund and I am new to this group. I am currently pursuing my Masters
in EE at Wright State University. I wonder if any of you is involved in RF
MEMS design using 'Coventorware' CAD tool.
 Further is anyone using other CAD tools (MEMSPRO, IntelliSuite, etc) for
MEMS design?
