Hello Joachim,

I do not believe that bonding AF-45 to silicon anodically will work. The
glass needs to contain free mobile ions for bonding.
I do not know your application, but I guess a direct bond without any
intermediate layer will be practicable.
My company SUSS Microtec has investigated fusion bonds for years, thus we
have a lot of experience in bonding with Si to Glass.
