Hello Joe,
What wavelengths are you concerned about?
We measured PDMS fluorescence with a fluorometer for a few excitation
wavelengths in UV-green. While PDMS has no particular absorption peak
in the visible range, it generally does fluoresce more as excitation
goes below 400nm, so try to avoid this.

Subject: [mems-talk] SU8 and PDMS question
Hello, I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I was wondering
if
anyone has any knowledge about background fluorescence issues with SU8
or PDMS.
Is background fluorescence a problem for either of these materials if I
want to
view fluorescent particles flowing on top of them?
