Subject: [mems-talk] ebeam Ni, crucible?

Dear members,
I am using E-beam to evaporate Ni. The crucible is made of tungsten. But
it seemed that fused Ni could "eat" tungsten. I wonder whether they have
formed some kind of alloys. Should I replace the tungsten crucible by other
metals, such as molybdenum? Thank you very much.
