  i'm looking for the spin data (spin speed versus thickness curve, spin time
versus thickness curve. etc.) for NOA-73. can anybody help me in this regard.

 can anybody suggest me mathematical equation which relates the spin coating
parameters (like THickness of the film, viscosity of the liquid, Molecular
weight , evaporation rate etc)
