If you are using a wet release process, the cantilevers are almost
certainly sticking to the substrate due to wetting and stiction between
the cantilever and the substrate.
You need a much deeper thicker material under the cantilever, or try a
dry release process. But a 100u undercut will take a long time -
depending on what sacrificial material you are using.
