In my experience, commercially made wafer bonders are very expensive
pieces of junk. If you have no money now, you'll have even less after a
few service calls. I would suggest building your own. If you are doing
anodic bonding, a hot plate, 500 volt power supply and coat hanger
electrode will do the job. If you want to do thermocompression bonding
you can probably do better with a press and some off-the-shelf heating
elements.
