Hello..

I am interested in preparing a sample of NiTi (equiatomic) for viewing under
the SEM. I will be using an aqueous solution of HF and Nitric Acid for etching
the sample..But I am not sure whether I can polish the sample mechanically and
still not have a change in the microstructure.
