I am M.S. student of Microsystems Lab. Ajou Univ. in KOREA.

We use Patterning of electrode on Pyrex #7740. and it use  Anodic

bonding. it use cap of silicon structure.(e.g. Accelerometer, Micropump,

actuator, Mass spectrometer, etc.)
