Hi Mohammed,

Except HDMS there is a whole library of silanes with different
hydrophobic/hydrophilic properties available that might be used to
modify an oxide layer. Some general ones with e.g. amino groups are
readily available at Sigma and such, while more and stranger ones can be
found at companies like Gelest.
