Hi,

I am having adhesion problems of SPR220 on AU. Does
anyone has experience of spinning SPR220-7 on AU. I am
shooting for 5 microns thick resist. I have problems
of PR lines shorting within 2microns distance. Is that
the problem of reflowing after hardbaking??

Pls suggest.
