Hello All,

I am trying to etch polyimide(PI2611) with Al(1000A)
mask in an O2 plasma. I would like to know little bit
information on this.

Can somebody suggest me good parameters to etch
polyimide with minimum undercut in an O2 plasma along
with the etch rate.

I would really appreciate your help.
