Hi all;

I have some question about UV lamp irradiation on
PMMA, i hope some one can answered,because it is very
important for me.

1. I irradiate UV lamp(wavelength about 250nm-280nm)
on PMMA using waveguide structure on a mask, and it
could be seen that before 100 min, there are two spot
with distance larger than the width of the structure i
dont know why?

2. after 112 min of irraidation, it could get single
mode, but after one day, it could be seen again the
two spot and moved of each other..i dont know why?
what is happen with PMMA modification?why it is not
stable?

3. the las question is the difference of UV lamp with
excimer laser for modification of PMMA with the same
fluence but different in the time irradiation?
