we resently at our institute got a 2nd hand plasma quest RIE machine but the
users who handeled the machine before have lost the user reset disk if any body
has this plz help

works on win 3.11 & runs on company software with users at each level for
different level of access
the company is closed now & do not have where abous about it
if any body knows any where we can get the floppy or the some ways to reset the
users to company defalts plz help
