Hi Pawel,

If you are interested in teflon-like coating (hydrophobic, low surface
energy) you can use self-assembled monolayers (SAMs), which can be deposited
from a vapor phase by commercially available systems, like MVD-100. These
systems are installed at the following facilities (MEMS-exchange network):
UC Berkeley, Cornell University, etc. If you have troubles to get there you
may also contact me directly and I will arrange coating run for you.

Hi all,
I'm looking for PTFE coating provider. I'd like to deposit teflon on
silicon/silicon dioxide layer. I would be grateful for any information.

Regards
Pawel
