Do you teach a MEMS Course?

Dear MEMS-ers:

I am compiling a list of REGULAR ACADEMIC COURSES
(not short courses) that are related to MEMS.

If you teach a college/university course on:

Microfabrication (with or without labs)
MEMS
Sensors and actuators
MEMS Design

I would appreciate your sending me:
=============
Title of course

Course number or other catalog identifier

Faculty who teach it (with e-mail)

Level (undergrad/grad etc)

A BRIEF subject description (a paragraph, like would
be listed in a course catalog)

How often is it offered?

What is your typical enrollment?

And anything other information you might like to include.

=============

I will compile the results in JULY and e-mail them back
to [email protected], so everyone will know who their
teaching colleagues are.

Thanks in advance for your patience and help! /sds
