Hi all,

I am trying to do electroless copper plating on SU-8 structures. But seems
like there is no reaction occured at all on the su-8 surface. I do see some
copper plated on the backside of my Si substrate, though no copper found on
the front side (the polished side) of the Si substrate.

Does anybody have similar experience? Thanks a lot in advance.
