I would strongly advise against buying a the Laurel spinner. We have
the WS-400A. The drain is on the side, rather then the bottom of the
bowel, so the unit must be tilted before it will drain. Because of that
absurd drain design and the material from which the bowel is
constructed, cleaning is a nightmare. The bowel is covered, unlike most
spinners, preventing air flow over the spinning substrate. If you
remove the top of the lid as we did, you still have to lift the lid each
time before you spin to satisfy some stupid interlock.

Technologies Corporation ( http://www.laurel.com)- Single wafer
programmable spin processor Model WS-400A.
I think you can get one around 6K based on options you need.
