I am using a high frequency probe to make scattering parameter measurements
on a SAW delay line device with an active gap of only 2mm. I would like to
fabricate a flow cell for this device. Does anyone have experience in this
area? Any suggestions on fabricating this flow cell would be helpful. Thank
