Hi!

I have been know chromium mask as chromium oxide....

  But I'm confusing now... What I know for sure is chromium mask and Cr adhesion
layer should be etched with chromium mask etchant not chromium etchant.

  What is the material of chromium mask? Is it electrically conductive material?
