Hi

  I have been considered chromium mask is chromium oxide but now I'm confusing.

  Is chromium mask chromium or chromium oxide or only oxygen exposured surface
is chromium oxide?

  What I know for sure is even though I deposit cr as a adhesion layer, when I
etch that layer, I should use chromium mask etchant not chromium etchant.
chromium etchant never work for that region.......

  Could you say any word for my question?
