Chih-Chieh,

I would encourage you to look at commercial mask vendors as well. I don't
know if it would actually come out to be cheaper or not, and it would depend
on a variety of factors, but if you get optically printed masks on soda lime
substrates, they aren't terribly expensive.

Type "photomask" into google.com to pull up a list of vendors.

As title, we are seeking a way to minimize the writing times because of the
cost issue. Our cleanroom charges per hour for Heidelberg. Anyone has any
ideas?
