Hello all,

I have been looking at RIE instruments from Axic and Anatech. Could
anyone comment on their experience with these vendors wrt reliability,
service, quality of experience using their machine. Over the machine's
lifetime it would be used for a wide array of applications in a R&D lab,
so versatility and ease of use are priorities for my situation.

Maybe respond to me directly instead of broadcasting opinions about
vendors on the list.
