Hello All,

I am looking for a semiconductor/MEMS grade high bond strength  glue/epoxy
that can cure fast at room temperature.
The application is ultra thin die/wafer bonding.
I looked at various epoxy options from manufacturers like Epotek and AIT but
they all seem to have a long cure time at room temperature.

Any pointers will greatly appreciated.
