Dear all,

Could anyone please recommend some methods of thin-film (<15 nm) metal
deposition? The requirements include good control over the thickness, good
uniformity of the layer and an ability to monitor the sheet resistivity. (
Is thermal evaporation a good option?) Many thanks.
